COMO Alpina Dolomites

COMO Alpina Dolomites occupies a rare position on the Alpe di Siusi, the vast high-altitude meadow plateau—the largest in Europe—that floats at around 1,800 metres beneath the Sciliar massif. Access itself filters the crowds: the plateau's road closes to general traffic for much of the day, so the setting stays remarkably tranquil, with the Sassolungo group rearing across the grasslands like stage scenery.

Winter offers ski-in ski-out access to the Alpe di Siusi lifts, connected to the Val Gardena circuits of the Dolomiti Superski network; summer swaps skis for some of the range's finest walking and cycling straight from the door. Dining balances South Tyrolean heartiness with COMO's lighter wellness cuisine.
